The use of WPAN can facilitate the interaction and communication within organizations. The application of this technology can be enhanced by the use of Bluetooth because it increases opportunities for using WPAN and backs up the use of wireless network in the organizational environment.

Today, the development of wireless technologies contributes to the development of new means of communication and interaction within organizations. At this point, it is possible to refer to Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN), which is growing more and more popular in the contemporary business and organizational environment. At the same time, the use of WPAN raises the problem of the security and coverage of the network by the wireless technologies. Nevertheless, organizations still use WPAN to enhance communication within organizations, regardless of area limitations of the technology.
In fact, WPAN is an effective network, which facilitates the communication within organizations and improves interaction between professionals working within organizations. WPAN allows individuals to maintain close cooperation and communication, even if they are unable to communicate face to face or when they are remote from each other within the area covered by WPAN. WPAN does not need the conventional equipment used in conventional networks. Instead, the workplace will not be overloaded with equipment. WPAN takes minimal space and allows individuals to maintain stable and effective communication using diverse devices supporting wireless technology from a PC to a mobile phone. WPAN allows to maximize the effectiveness of using information technologies and to develop network within the organization. WPAN allows devices to operate is if they are connected by cable within the area covered by WPAN, which may vary from several meters to a few kilometers.

In this regard, it is worth mentioning the fact the Bluetooth can facilitate the use of WPAN and enhance the wireless technology. In fact, Bluetooth provides the stable functioning of WPAN and enhances the reliability of the network. At the same time, Bluetooth opens larger opportunities for using diverse devices to maintain and to use WPAN. Bluetooth can be used not only within WPAN but also it can be used in other technologies to transfer data using the wireless technology.
LIMITATIONS OF WPAN
However, WPAN has some limitations. First of all, the territory covered by WPAN cannot exceed a few kilometers. Therefore, this technology is not applicable to organizations, which operate internationally or which units are remote from each other. In addition, the problem of the information security persists as the data need to be protected, whereas many organizations using WPAN pay little attention to the protection of information because the transformation transferred via WPAN is normally transferred within the organization solely. Nevertheless, the risk of information breaches persists. In addition, WPAN is a new technology that may need the further development and improvements. Even though WPAN has a huge potential but it still cannot compete with conventional networks, which allow organizations to maintain connections covering huge territory to the extent that some networks allow international connection.
Thus, taking into account all above mentioned, it is important to place emphasis on the fact that WPAN offers large opportunities for communication and data sharing within organizations. However, this technology still has some limitations. Nevertheless, WPAN has huge potential for the further growth.
