In this respect, it is worth mentioning the fact that managers working in the healthcare setting should pay a particular attention to the high quality of healthcare services. The early and accurate diagnosing is one of the essential conditions of the high quality of healthcare services being delivered to patients.
In addition, many patients are concerned with the painless and comfortable treatment. Ideally, patients should not suffer in the course of treatment, although many health problems are accompanied by painful treatment and procedures. Therefore, healthcare professionals should minimize the pain and make the treatment comfortable.
Finally, the treatment of patients should be completed with the effective rehabilitation after the treatment. In this regard, managers working in the healthcare setting should develop programs to provide customers with ample opportunities to have rehabilitation that facilitates their return to the normal life. In fact, rehabilitation should comprise an integral part of healthcare services and it should be of the high quality.
Thus, taking into account all above mentioned, it is important to place emphasis on the fact that managers working in the healthcare setting should pay a particular attention to the quality of services. In this regard, they should apply the patient-centred approach, which is very efficient in the healthcare setting.
