Leadership is a key success factor in many modern professions and spheres of life, as most professions and activities require leadership abilities to achieve success. In the sphere of management leadership in the classical variant is regarded as a special quality, a model of human behavior providing  advanced  positions for the companies, and that leadership is considered as a new model of governance that can ensure the success of the company. This topic is relevant in today’s conditions, as the modern theory of management is putting increased emphasis on importance of leadership in organizations, and  great number of research and publications are devoted to this subject. The relevance of this work is due, on the one hand, to the great interest to the topic of  Leadership in organizations in modern science, on the other hand due to the fact that it is the leadership and professionalism of modern leaders that ensures the effectiveness of the organization.

In this paper I will consider the theoretical foundations of the leadership and its practice in organizations, analyze the styles and models of leadership and their application to guiding the enterprise. But the most important aim of the work is to show my personal leadership abilities, my strengths, weaknesses, values, and goals, and most important is to present of plan of personal development of my leadership abilities for the next year.
