Usually, for purification a soft cleansing cream or gel for washing face is used. In turn, with the tonic we refresh the skin, gently tighten pores and restore acid-alkaline balance of the skin. On the stage of moisturize, we have to create on the skin surface protective film that prevents the moisture to evaporate from the upper layer of skin.
Usually, for the moisturizing effect there is used daily moisturizing cream, gel or serum. The final stage of nutrition and protection considers the procedure, which must nourish and restore the skin, promote the excretion of toxins, stimulate the production of young collagen, normalize the protein and fat metabolism, according to Angela Poole (2010).
To sum it up I would like to say that proper skin care is extremely important for both men and women to have a beautiful appearance at any age and always look fresh and well-groomed.
