In such a situation, the professional integration is extremely important in the contemporary health care setting. In this regard, it is worth mentioning the fact that today different types of professional integration of registered nurses are applied and they may have a significant impact on the performance of health care professionals and their relationships with patients. At the same time, it is important to place emphasis on the fact that there is still no ideal physician-hospital arrangement that is universal and is applied in different health care setting with equal success. What is meant here is the fact that different types of registered nurse-hospital arrangements are applicable in specific health care environment and their effectiveness depends on the extent to which the physician-hospital arrangement meets the health care environment and needs of patients.

In actuality, it is possible to distinguish two types of registered-nurse-hospital arrangement, which are grounded on the commercial reasonableness and free market value. Both types are important and effective in their own way but they also have a substantial drawback they are market-oriented that makes the relationships between hospital and physicians as well as between physicians and patients business like. In the health care environment, such relationships overshadow the primary concern of health care professionals the health of patients.

In this regard, it is worth mentioning the fact that the commercial reasonableness implies the formation of registered-nurse-hospital relationships based on the mutual responsibility of physicians and hospitals, when hospitals provide physicians with adequate conditions of work respectively to the current situation in the health care environment to maintain the high standards of work and life for health care professionals. In this regard, the free market value is more liberal type of physician-hospital arrangement because it is grounded on the current situation in the market and the relationships between hospitals and physicians are regulated by the market laws, including such laws as supply and demand law, and others. As a result, the free market value turns out to be less effective arrangement in regard to the registered-nurse-patient relationships compared to the commercial reasonableness.

In fact, the commercial reasonableness implies the combination of the ethical responsibility and expected commercial benefits for health care professionals from their work, i.e. health care services delivered to patients. Therefore, health care professionals are concerned with the quality of their services not only in financial terms, as is the case of health care professionals working on the ground of the free market value registered-nurse-hospital arrangement, but also in ethical terms and in terms of their moral responsibility for the health of patients.
