We all know that such nonstandard employment for workers has both advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages are the following: within a family the member who earns more can work while the other may raise children. In addition, women are now having the possibility to be in the spheres in which they couldn’t be before. Part time jobs for the person who sits with the child can be the solution if a family has a lack of money.
The disadvantages are the following: the standard employment is changing. Some people are against that and some people consider concrete specializations to be only male or female. For some men the fact that women have the top positions can be unpleasant.
