What are the training needs? 

In the contemporary business environment, training is crucial for the professional development of the personnel and the improvement position of any company. In such a situation, organizations operating in the field of healthcare services and medication need to develop efficient strategies which allow their personnel to train effectively to meet new challenges imposed on them by the business environment.

In this respect, it is primarily necessary to clearly define the training needs of the organization and personnel to meet customers’ expectations, needs and interests. Naturally, Humama cannot ignore the training needs, which should be clearly defined and met.

In fact, it is obvious that the training needs are defined by the objectives of the organization and needs and interests of its customers. This means that elder people, being the target customer of the company, need attention from the part of the company’s personnel, while professionals working at Humama should be able to communicate with the target customer group and research their current needs, health problems, etc.

Furthermore, the qualification of professionals working at Humama should be another concern of the training process. Today, the professional training is an essential condition of the effective and productive work of employees. In relation to medicare sales, professional training is even more important since they need to keep pace with constantly progressing technologies and innovations in the field of health care services and medication.

b. Design: How will the training materials be created?

The aforementioned training should be meet in terms of the training process, which implies the proper organization and resources that should be used to ensure the effectiveness of training. In this respect, it should be said that the organization of communication training should be based on the development of special courses, which may involve professional psychologists who can train Humama’s employees to communicate effectively with elderly people. In fact, they should develop communications skills to understand needs of the target customer group. The training of communication skills implies learning of effective communication strategies which do not need any specific materials (Benfari, 1999).

Although, Humama’s employees may need to learn to use modern telecommunication means to communicate with customers and conduct researchers. In this respect, they may need to use computers, Internet, videoconferencing for communication with trainers and colleagues, they should learn to work with databases to get ample information on current trends in medicare and search for information they need in their professional work.

As for the improvement of the qualification of employees, they l need to work with literature and recent scientific studies related to the field of health care services and medication to get ample information on new findings in the field. At the same time, it is even more important to teach employees to find new information independently. The latter implies that employees will need to use new telecommunication systems and equipment, software, ITs, etc. in order to meet challenges of the contemporary business environment and work effectively and productively.
