Business communication and intercultural problems
Communication is a necessary condition for joint economic activities of people. Business communications is based on a system of relations: economic, social, organizational, managerial, psychological, ethical and business, emerging between companies, their customers and business partners. And it is also possible to distinguish internal business communications, when the parties are in communication within the organization, and outside, where a party applies to the subjects of environmental organizations.

One can argue that sustained success in business depends on people and business relationships that these people create, maintain and develop. Participants of business communications, which is aimed at the effective interaction of organizations with the environment through information exchange, become representatives of different business spheres. At present, theoretical issues and methodological issues of business communications are studied within special section of management called communications management. Problems of development of strategies and the achievement of communicative behavior communicative goals require a comprehensive analysis of the communicative, social and economic components of effective business communication.

More relevant is the problem of business communication in a multicultural environment that requires effective business relationships with members of the international economic system. The internationalization of business and the economy has resulted in their international character, that means the need to consider differences in national cultures. Also business goes far beyond national boundaries, drawing into its orbit more and more people with different cultural outlooks. As a result, the cultural differences begin to play an increasing role in organizations and stronger influence on the marginal efficiency of business activities. It results in cross-cultural issues in international business – the contradictions at work in the new social and cultural conditions, due to differences in thinking patterns between groups of people. (Rouse 2011; Scollon et al., 2001)

In international business cultural environment factors create the greatest difficulty. That is why the correct assessment of differences in national cultures and an adequate allowance for them is becoming more and more important. It is also important to take into account the factors of the cultural environment due to a complexity and multi-level structure of the culture, which determines the diversity of its functions in the life of every community and company. All these factors make the study of culture of business relationships and communication more important for managers. Awareness about the features of a particular culture, the ability to consider and implement these features in practice can help the company quickly and easy to establish relations with partners and deal with competitors more effectively.
