In such a situation, the world community needs effective solution of the problem of the overpopulation, which cannot be solved through the restriction of the population growth and policies restricting birth rates because such policies lead to the aging of the population but they do not solve the problems related to overpopulation. Instead, it is necessary to change the impact of people on the environment and balance the population growth.

To solve the problem of overpopulation, the world community needs to focus on environmental problems and limit the use of scarce natural resources substituting them with renewable sources.
