Term paper on Multimedia tools

Modeling tools, such as Chemsense, allow students to create representations of their experiments (See App. Table 1). Modeling tools help students to record their experiments and to create the presentation of their experiments on the ground of the data recorded. Modeling tools allow students storing the information relevant to their experiments, including changes and processes that have occurred during experiments, on their PCs or laptops or other devices. Thus, they can use the recorded information in their presentations of their experiments. Modeling tools increase visualization and facilitate the learning process since students can share their information concerning their experiments with other students.

Therefore, modeling tools engage students in working with partners (See App. Table 1). Students share their experience with each other and create comprehensible presentations which are easy for students’ perception. At the same time, modeling tools help to link students to work done in the lab (See App. Table 1). In fact, modeling tools become the vehicle tool that links the theory and practice in the lab.

Corel Draw Graphics Suit X3 is the graphics and digital imaging software which can help to integrate students’ digital images and graphics in their schoolwork (See App. Table 1). In such a way, students learn how to use visual effects and tools in the course of their learning. As a result, they acquire new experience, while visualization helps them to perceive the learning material.

In addition, graphics and digital images software stimulates cognitive and interpersonal development (See App. Table 1) as well as it stimulates creativity of students (See App. Table 1). Students develop their creative thinking and develop positive relations with their peers as they share their digital images and create their presentations with the help of graphics and digital images software. These tools are growing to be more and more popular today (See App. Graph 1).

Furthermore, multimedia movies are quite popular too (See App. 1 Table 1). They cover core concepts students may need in the course (See App. Table 1). In such a way, students learn from movies about their course and how to tackle possible challenges they may confront in the course. Multimedia movies also facilitate their learning through visual instructions how to use online courses, for instance, and other tools (See App. Table 1). They are engaging and interesting to students (See App. Table 1).

Thus, various multimedia tools can help students to learn successfully. Educators should use them to facilitate the learning process and to help students to perceive the learning material easier. At the same time, multimedia tools stimulate students’ creativity and help them to learn how to use new technologies.
